Yon came to the cost segregation industry through a three decade pattern of growth that began with designing, building and developing residential, multi-family and commercial properties.

His broad understanding of the commercial and investment real estate industry has included both owing his own firm and serving in leadership positions with well-known national finance and brokerage organizations. Prior to the formation of Safe Harbour Advisory Group, Mr. Regan held executive positions for two of the country's leading cost segregation firms including the role of President.

Yon holds degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Le Université du Clairment-Ferrand in Clairment-Ferrand, France. So yes, he speaks French. He holds a pilot's license, as well as a captain's certificate for large sailboats, is married with two grown daughters and lives in Colorado.
